Leading retailer Naivas opens its doors to the public on 28th June, 2021 for the store is located along Muindi Mbingu Street in Nairobi CBD.
The opening of the new store covering around 4000 square feet will be the
retailer’s 10th outlet in the Express Store Format and 5th outlet in CBD with
the other 4 being Ronald Ngala, Moi Avenue, Development House & Lifestyle a foodmarket. The new store, referred to as Naivas Muindi Mbingu, will form the 1st express store format within the CBD.
Speaking during the launch, Naivas Chief Commercial Officer, Willy Kimani, said “This new development is in a bid to meet the various needs of shoppers. Some shoppers are in need of convenience and the express store
formats do exactly that due to assortment as well as locations.”
“The new outlet, though an express store format, has a well thought out
product range that has become akin to the naivas brand. It also serves as a
way of relieving the long queues experienced at our other outlets. We
celebrate each store opening as this adds fuel to the fre that drives the

The opening of the new store also comes hot in heels of the recent opening
of the Naivas foodmarket Zion Mall in Eldoret town. Other stores lined up for opening include an outlet at Githurai 44 and a foodmarket in Kisumu City both of which are expected to start operations before end of July.
