In Kisumu County, the Foundation donated equipment for children living with disabilities to Ng’eny School for the Hearing Impaired and St. Martin De Porres Special School. Elsewhere, Ragen Secondary School had their science laboratory equipped and Ogilo Komulo Primary School got a sanitation boost with the construction of an ablution block and installation of a water tank.

Meanwhile in Bungoma County, Musikoma, Welekekha and Cheng’wali Primary Schools each benefitted from classrooms courtesy of Safaricom Foundation and Zizi Afrique’s Accelerated Learning Programme which seeks to support learners lagging behind to acquire foundational literacy and numeracy skills within a short period of time.
