Kisumu Senator Fred Outa has announced that he has put measures in place to end the rampant cattle rustling in Nyakach constituency that has led to loss of lives.
Outa who is in the senate national security committee said that already his office is collecting intelligence report from the ground over the matter.
He said that the cattle theft is being aided by some locals in the constituency while in close collaboration with some outsiders.
The Senator said soon the suspects fueling the cattle theft will be picked and arraigned in court and warned parents to talk to their children who are engaging in cattle theft.
Speaking at St.Christina Kogola Catholic church while in the company of Kisumu Diocese Archbishop Zaccheus Okoth, Senator Outa congratulated the man of God for his pick to sit at the Uhuru-Raila building the bridges initiative,
He said that the talks are now to unite the country and help in bring goodies to the people of Nyanza.
Archbishop Okoth asked for prayers to help the 14 committee advisors to help the country to pull out of hatred and corruption.
