With the Ministry of Education preparing schools for back to work, a section of school heads have expressed dissatisfaction with the manner in which the government is running the sector.
Migori high school principal Mr. Billy Ogolla said as a school the facilities they have are bloated and may not comply with laid covid protocols.
Ogolla added that the government should compare with other nations where learning has resumed to avoid putting unnecessary pressures on the little finances erecting more facilities .
However at Kadika girls, a school with a students population of 1164, new facilities have been erected awaiting the re opening of schools.
The schools head teacher Mrs. Roselyn Ochieng said they have constructed a new dormitory and class rooms as was required by the Ministry.
She is however worried that some girls may turn up expectant added that they will be accommodated as well.
