Orange Democratic Movement party has been blamed for the way it has decided to conduct nominations in Migori County.
Addressing the press in Migori town, Awendo constituency aspirant Bishop Peter Midodo said that the party has decided to issue direct tickets without proper consultations and refund of nominations fees from aspirants.
He said that a few people in the Orange House are spoiling for the ODM leader and AZIMIO presidential candidate Raila Odinga.
He also blamed the manner in which the opinion polls were conducted in order to determined who should be given the certificate and the ticket to fly for the party in Awendo.
He said the opinion polls even included some people who were not aspiring for the position and the party was not even ready to explain.
He added that he will seek legal redress to compel the ODM party to refund him his kshs 250,000 nominations fees and has decided to vie for the seat as an independent candidate.
