An aspirant for Railways ward in Kisumu Central Constituency Moses Wanjara has commenced ODM party for digital voting during the party primaries.

Wanjara who is keen to replace the current MCA David Arao says the mode of elections in the party nominations is encouraging.

He says digital voting has pushed violence to the periphery and there is less noise, especially complainants of rigging.

Wanjara says he is ready for the Kisumu upcoming nominations on Tuesday next week and urged his supporters to turn out and cast their votes.

Speaking to the press in Railways ward where he was in a meet the people tour, Wanjara took the opportunity to mention the polling stations after they were emerged.

He condemned politicians who promise heaven to electorates but once elected they go underground.

Wanjara says that with the high cost of living, many families find it difficult to fend for themselves but leaders they had hoped on drifts away from them.

He promised that his leadership will respond to the needs of the people while noting that he will put more emphasis on education.
