Rotary Club of Migori chapter has today donated water drums to the boda boda riders and other markets users in a bid to help fight corona virus in the country.
Addressing the press during Migori County Commissioner Joseph Rotich said that the two entities the rotary club and the information office have teamed up to make sure that the fight on the covid-19 is well tackled in the County of Migori.
He said the information office is mandated to make sure that it dispenses the information to the public by launching a sensitization exercise targeting areas along the border with Tanzania.
The Migori Rotary Club president Joseph Ayieko said that they are ready to combat the virus by providing the necessary equipment and other things that may be required.
Migori County information Officer Charles Agimba said that the information will be availed to the public through proper sensitization.
