ANC Party leader Musalia Mudavadi has called on the Maa community to remain united and work together even as the country looks forward towards the 2022 general election.
Dwelling on his ambitions to become the 5th President of the republic of Kenya Mudavadi called on the larger Maa community to support his bid as he promised that he will mainly focus on reviving the economy of this country.
The ANC leader however confirmed his support for President Uhuru Kenyatta in the fight against corruption lauding the recent report released by the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission and calling on the Office of the Director of Public prosecutions to thoroughly scrutinize the report on the KEMSA probe and do justice for the people of this country.
While accompanied by Kajiado Governor Joseph Ole Lenku, Mudavadi was quick to point out his long- lasting cordial relationship with the people of Kajiado and the larger Maasai community.
Governor Lenku on his side acknowledged the close relationship between the ANC leader and President Uhuru Kenyatta and urged Mudavadi to continue supporting the President in his development agenda even as he seeks to succeed in him in 2022.
Lugari MP Ayub Savula supported Lenku’s sentiments saying that he is sure that President Uhuru Kenyatta will support Mudavadi’s 2022 bid in the wake of uniting this country and pushing forward the strides to develop this country after Uhuru’s term.
