Health Cabinet Secretary Sicily Kariuki on Wednesday unveiled the new NHIF Board as she hopes to achieve the 2020 vision in the Kenyan health sector barely 10 weeks into the new office.
The CS also urged NHIF management to ensure transparency, equity,accountability and efficiency in service delivery as the body has been tasked with a critical role in the Universal Health Coverage goal.
Mrs.Hannah Mureithi was appointed the new NHIF Board Chairperson and Mudzo Nzili Vice Chairman in the same board meeting.
