Kisumu County Governor Prof Anyang’ Nyong’o on Tuesday attended a High Level forum of the African Union ( A.U ) for sharing experiences on decentralization in Africa, convened jointly by the AU and the United Nations in Bamako, Mali.
The Governor addressed the forum on Kenya’s experiences with devolution having been invited to the meeting by the AU representative for Mali and SAHEL Pierre Buyoya, former president of Burundi, Ms. Minata Samate Cessouma, AU commissioner for Political Affairs and Alhassane Moussa, Minister Local Government, Mali.
