Kisumu County Governor Anyang’ Nyong’o on Monday held a meeting with the Cabinet Secretary in charge of the State department of Commerce and Industrialization Mohammed Adan at his office.
Among the issues discussed includes; revival of the cotton industry, dairy farming in Kisumu, improving the fishing industry, establishment of the special economic zones in respect to Vision 2030, enhancing sugar production in this region to realize its full potential and the Kisumu Breweries scheduled for opening in July this year.
They were later joined by Meru County Governor Kiraitu Murungi and his Murang’a counterpart Mwangi Wairia.
