Kisii Governor James Ongwae met Deputy President William Ruto at his Karen office, Nairobi on Tuesday, where they discussed development issues in Kisii County.
The DP committed to release KShs.50million for the upgrade of Etago Health Centre, a pledge he made during his visit to the region recently.
On request by the Governor, the DP also pledged to support the Kenya Inter-County Sports and Cultural Association (KICOSCA) games to be held in Kisii County in August this year.
