Real estate firm Optiven yesterday launched an artificial intelligence application that will provide customers with updated information regarding the company’s portfolio.
Speaking during the launch of the chatbot dubbed AMANI, CEO Optiven George Wachiuri, noted that the move to have the application was paramount as the company moves to embrace creativity, innovation, and automation.
“The place of chatbots in the corporate space is a must adopt concept that is set to revolutionize how companies communicate. Here at Optiven, we are glad to be at the lead of this revolution. For us it is a step towards meeting customer expectations and doing so in advance as the majority of the customers are demanding quick forms of communication and at their convenience, which is what AMANI provides,” he said.
