
Early on Friday morning Nairobi’s governor Mike Sonko met with former Prime Minister Raila Odinga at his Capital hill office.
The two are believed to have discussed the state of the city county and the challenges facing the management as well as it’s prospects.
Governor Sonko went ahead to congratulate Raila Odinga and President Kenyatta for agreeing to work together for the unity of the country.

Raila Odinga encouraged the governor to be firm and relentless in his effort to deliver services to Nairobi residents and thanked him for trying to bring on board all communities in Nairobi.
Later on Raila went ahead to hold talks with former President Kibaki in Muthaiga, Nairobi.This comes a month after Raila’s handshake with President Kenyatta that took the country by surprise and a week after holding similar talks with retired president Daniel Moi, at his Kabarak home in Nakuru County.
The former prime minister was accompanied by his legal advisor Mr. Paul Mwangi .
