Sebastian Migne appointed as Harambee Stars coach on a 3 year contract

On Thursday morning at the Safari Park Hotel Football Kenya Federation (FKF) announced the new appointment of Harambee Stars head coach Sebastian Migne.

The Frenchman Sebastian Migne and former DRC Coach has been appointed on a 3 year contract taking over from Belgian Paul Put who resigned in February and went on to join Guinea as the head coach.

I am ready for the job

While addressing the media at the hotel the Frenchman expressed his excitement and said he was ready for the job noting the  challenge ahead of him.

“I am so happy to be here. It is a new challenge for me, a new country and I am ready to start. From next Sunday we will go to the pitch and watch some Kenyan Premier League games. We have a big challenge ahead but I am ready for the job”said Migne

The new head coach will also be in charge of the Under-23 and Under-20 teams.

Football Kenya Federation (FKF) President Nick Mwendwa who was in attendance  said that   discussions were on going as to  who will be the local assistant coach.
