Do you remember the story of Daniel Mwaura?  Well if you did, i know you learnt something important about the story.

Well all good deeds don’t go unnoticed for Mr. Mwaura.

Let us take a path to down memory lane concerning Mr. Mwaura. He is a matatu tout who he found a huge bundle of cash and documents which belonged to a passenger who took a matatu in the Nairobi Gachie route. But what he did was unimaginable.

What he did is that, he took the passengers’ belongings to his matatu Sacco and specifically told Mr. Joseph Muniu do give anyone directions to the person who will come to claim the belongings.

Upon realizing, the passenger went to the matatu Sacco offices three days later to report his lost belongings and to his amazement, the kindhearted tout returned all his cash and belongings intact.

This surprising unusual gesture shown by Mwaura made him an overnight celebrity and well wishers came bearing gifts and cash rewards.

Some of those rewards he received was a fully paid delivery package for his then expectant wife at the Nairobi hospital which charges Sh80,000 for normal delivery,  also he got Sh 100,000 for assisted delivery and Sh 160,000 for cesarean section delivery.

After 12 hours in hospital, Lucy welcomed a bouncing baby boy Baraka Gitari.

‘’Congratulations to the Mwauras! They welcomed a healthy baby boy yesterday at the Nairobi Hospital.’’ The Nairobi Hospital broke the news via their social media.
